This tools helps assess the risk to children from domestic abuse.
This can be used in conjunction with the Safe Lives Dash assessment available here.
You can directly tick and untick into the on-line form or you can print off and complete the form by hand; although do yourself (and your eyes) a favour and print in colour on A3 paper!
Remember that is it important to review the risk assessments and they should be redone at regular intervals or when circumstances change.
