They can be used with practitioners and services users alike.
The model can be used as a tool of self reflection and allow you to shift your focus into a more productive and empowered sphere.
We are often weighed down by processes and things beyond our control which significantly shape how we carry out our work. This model helps to shift focus onto those aspects of our work which we can control and which we can influence. We will always come up against difficult structures and worries we can not control but by focusing our energy on the things we can control and influence, we can feel less overwhelmed.
