PACE - Parents' experiences of the Children's Social Care system when a child is sexually exploited
PACE (Parents Against Child Exploitation) has developed this report. It explores the experience of parents when they come into contact with Children's Services, when their children have been sexually exploited.
Exploitation of children is a complex issues which requires solutions involving a large range of people and agencies. This report sheds some light into improved working with parents of these children, who often feel they are being blamed for their child's exploitation rather than being treated as a key figure who can help to reduce exploitation.
